Hydro Foundation is a waterbased, odorless, flawlessly blendable foundation that can be applied with an airbrush, fingertips, sponge or brush. This unique formula was created to coincide with color theory. Completely blendable; a suitable match for all skin tones. Alcohol free, fragrance free, completely moveable, breathable and irritation free. The coverage is moderate when used with fingers, yet capable of covering tattoos when airbrushed.
